I have been a travel RN for almost five years with USSI. I cannot begin to tell you what a great life I have. The autonomy it affords me has made all the difference in my life financially. I have always worked on 13 week assignments and have re-signed every time for the last five years. While working for USSI I have never had a problem finding work in the location I want. Dr. Gondal and the entire USSI staff have always been friendly and courteous, treating me like I am part of the family.

I am a single mom who has been able to buy a beautiful home in Huntington Beach, drive a nice car, have zero debt and money in a savings account, in part, due to the fact that I chose to work for USSI. This very type of financial flexibility has been earned by only working a normal work week of three 12 hour shifts per week. And that allows me more time to spend with my daughter and still have time to go out and have fun with my friends too!

It is my belief that the key to being a great travel RN is to always be pleasant! You are there for them, if you keep that in mind and try to be flexible (thinking of yourself too!) it makes for a successful partnership.

I am making good money and what a great life I get to live (not just work) because I made the smart and bold choice to work for such a great company. I cannot say enough about how happy I am and how great USSI has been for me!
