United Staffing Solutions, Inc. wishes to sponsor you to be petitioned for work as a Registered
Nurse in Southern California, USA. We require CGFNS score/certificate only to start
the petition. For permanent residence petition, you must take and pass IELTS
(International English Language Testing System) or TSE, TOEFL/TWE for visa screen
requirements by ICHP (International Commission on Healthcare Profession). You can
take IELTS where you are right now just if they are conducting an exam center there.
If you have passed the CGFNS test and have not taken the TSE, TOEFL, & TWE test yet, we can start to
work on your petition without a single fee from you and no placement fee. It will take
5 to 12 months to get approval from the U.S. INS. Just mail or fax your resume
with picture, transcript & diploma, PRC license, etc. to us. We are a direct-hire
nursing agency based in California, U.S.A. with more than 30 Hospital clients in
Southern California and other U.S. states.
Compensation and Monthly Housing Allowance (3 years Contract)
Prior to passing the NCLEX-RN exam USSI may, but is not obligated to, try to find
employment for Employee. After passing the NCLEX-RN exam, Employee will undergo
training or preceptor ship minimum of two weeks. During this period, the rate of
pay for Employee will be sixteen Dollars ($16.00) per hour (less federal, state and
local taxes and obligations) because USSI will not billed the hospital for training
period. After completing the thirteen (13)-week preceptor ship, Employee’s rate of
pay will be:
First Year:
Twenty-one dollars ($21.00) per hour for eight (8) Hour shifts and $18.00 per hour
for Twelve Hour (12) hour shifts plus four hundred ($400)/ month housing and time
and a half on overtime. “Housing allowance is tax free”. Housing check mailed to you every month and it’s yours.
Note: All your expenses in exams (CGFNS, TOEFL, TSE or IELTS first attempt), visa
screen, and airfare will be reimbursable.
Second Year:
Employee will be paid twenty-three dollars ($23.00) for eight-hour shifts and
Twenty Dollars an hour for twelve (12) hour shifts plus six hundred ($600) per
month housing and time and a half on overtime.
Third Year:
Employee will be paid twenty-three dollars ($23.00) for eight-hour shifts and
Twenty Dollars an hour for twelve (12) hour shifts plus one thousand ($1000) per
month housing and time and a half on overtime.
PLUS full benefits (Health, 401K, Cafeteria plan, Credit Union, etc.)
